Located in the town of Rice, Virginia, just outside Farmville, our wood-fired pizza restaurant is located on the same property as Sandy River Distillery and was built around a simple idea: serve great food from scratch in a place that's welcoming to everyone. While we share the property with the Distillery, our restaurant is proudly family friendly and designed for guests of all ages to enjoy. We believe pizza should be honest, thoughtfully, prepared, and made with ingredients you can feel good about eating. That's why we make our dough and sauces in house, grate our cheese fresh, and avoid seed oils in our cooking. Whenever possible, we use fresh ingredients grown locally or from our own garden, keeping our menu rooted in Central Virginia. Our wood-fired oven creates bold flavor and a perfectly crisp crust, and our menu offer something for everyone, including gluten-free crust and dairy free cheese options. Whether you are a local stopping in after work, a family gathering for a relaxed meal, or visitors exploring the Farmville area, we aim to provide a laid-back environment where great pizza, craft drinks, and good company come together.
